Will I remember my session?

Most clients remember the majority of their session. Because the experience occurs in a deeply relaxed state, some details may naturally fade over time. You will receive an audio recording of the entire session so you can revisit it and often discover new insights with each listening.

Can anyone experience QHHT®?

Yes, most people can. QHHT® does not require any special ability — only a willingness to relax. You are gently guided into a natural state of focused relaxation that most people experience every day.

Will I lose control during hypnosis?

No. You remain fully aware of your surroundings and always maintain complete free will. You cannot be made to do or say anything against your wishes. Your Higher Self remains in control of the experience.

Will I have to relive painful experiences?

No. If emotionally significant experiences arise, they are approached with care and compassion. You can observe them from a comfortable distance rather than becoming fully immersed.

What if I don't experience vivid images?

Everyone experiences QHHT® differently. Some people see vivid images, while others receive information through feelings, knowing, sensing, or hearing. There is no “right” way, the session works with your natural way of perceiving.

Can I ask my Higher Self specific questions?

Yes. You will prepare a list of personal questions before the session. These are asked directly to your Higher Self during the session so you can receive clear guidance and insight.

How long is a QHHT session?

Please plan on 4 to 4 ½ hours. Ample time is scheduled so the entire experience can unfold naturally without feeling rushed.

How should I prepare for my session?

You will receive detailed preparation guidelines, including suggestions for creating powerful questions. Arriving well-rested, hydrated, and with an open mind creates the best experience.

Is QHHT available Virtual?
